Conversion of existing barn into offices – Salters Hill Charity, Ledbury

We undertook a feasibility study to convert the first floor area of an existing barn into high spec office accommodation consisting of three offices, two training rooms, kitchen and toilet facilities, all of which included disabled access. The project was designed, tendered, monitored and completed on time and budget.

Dilapidations – Broughton & Co (Bristol) Ltd

Instructed to defend a dilapidations claim served upon the tenants of an industrial unit on Hawkfield Business Park in Bristol.
